Soufflé – in – the mug


my 1st invention in 2011

hahahahaaa … what a day, i just love this friday, with no any additional. But yeah,, i am kinda to do something after i tried to finished my paper research! Geezzz… living like a zombie!!!

so, i decided to make a fun of myself to improving my skill on baking! yeahhh… hahhaa

in spite of, tomorrow is my 1st japanese cooking class with my CS team. so, i guess today i will warm up first before the real battle on the kitchen.

VOILA!!!

What you need are :

1. one coffee Mug

2. 4 tbs Cake Flour

3. 4 tbs Sugar

4. 2 tbs cocoa

5. 1 egg

6.  3 tbs milk

7. 3 tbs oil

8. small splash of vanila

Additional: you can add  3 tbs choco chip and 1 teaspoon peanut butter

How to make :

  1. Add dry ingredients to mug, mix well with a fork.
  2. Add egg, mix throughly.
  3. Pour in milk, oil and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Add chocolate chips if desired. Push a dollop of peanut butter into the center of the batter if desired.
  5. Put mug into microwave and cook for three minutes on 1000 watts. Cake will rise over top of mug. Allow to cool for 2 minutes.

in my 1st trial and error, i did not use a choco chips and peanute, so the taste is original. The peanut and choco chips just for additional. i use a vanilla from Backarome ( i bought in deutschland from my friend) , a few lil drops only.

you can add a BIG SCOOPE OF VANILA ICE CREAM!! its more better. pleasure!!
